The 1st Meeting of the Norwegian Scotch Malt Whisky Society was held at Mr. & Ms. Finn Atle Haldorsen's abode on September 29, 1998.

1) The Articles of Association have been drafted (enclosed) and will be finally approved at the next meeting.
